Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Installing instructions:
Lights can be mounted to the objects throught the holes in the brackets, adjust the brackets to get a proper lighting angle

Notes:
1. Working voltage must not exceed the rated voltage range, 3- phase voltages are not permitted
2. The objects mounted should be capable to bear more than ten times of the weight of the light
3. The waterproof rate is IP66, lights can be used outdoor but they can not be used underwater
4. The lights are to be wired to the electricity directly, plugs are not included
