Structure

Industrial tubular heater is constituted by various electric heating elements, temperature measuring elements, cylinder housing and guide plates.
1) Main component is flange type heating tube , its resistor is made of nickel-chromium aluminium alloy ,service life is longer
2) PT100 platinum resistance thermometer installed on the outlet of heater to minitor medium's temperature and send signal to control cabinet .
3) Guide plate is installed in the cylinder, which ensures uniform heating of the gas and liquid during circulation.
4) Designed over-temperature and voltage protection ,it can be controlled by electric cabinet or control room centralized operation for bigger project.
5) In the gap between heating tube and inner wall of cylinder there be aluminum silicate wool with good heat retaining property.
