Product description
An pipeline heater is composed of an immersion heater covered by an
anti-corrosion metallic vessel chamber. This casing is mainly used
for insulation to prevent heat loss in the circulation system. Heat
loss is not only inefficient in terms of energy usage but it would
also cause unnecessary operation expenses. A pump unit is used to
transport the inlet fluid into the circulation system. The fluid is
then circulated and reheated in a closed loop circuit around the
immersion heater continuously until the desired temperature is
reached. The heating medium will then flow out of the outlet nozzle
at a fixed flow rate determined by the temperature control
mechanism.
Main features
1. During heating, air max temperature can reach 500 degree
Celsius, but the surface temperature of the shelth is just around
50 degree Celsius

Application
1. Heating of chemical materials in the chemical industry, some
powder drying under certain pressure, chemical process and spray
drying.
2. Hydrocarbon heating, including petroleum crude oil, heavy oil,
fuel oil, heat transfer oil, lubricating oil, paraffin oil, etc.
3. Process water, superheated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air)
gas, water gas, etc., which are heated by heating.
4. Zone 1, Zone 2 hazardous gas sites;
5. Group IIA, IIB T1~T4 explosive gas or steam environment.
6. Due to the advanced explosion-proof structure, the equipment can
be widely used in chemical, military, petroleum, natural gas,
offshore platforms, ships, mining areas and other places where
explosion protection is required.
