1. Electro zinc coating production line specification:

1. Pay-off: There are two types of pay-off, cyclone pay-off and I-shaped pay-off.
2. Annealing: soften the coated steel wire and strengthen the toughness.

4. Pre-plating treatment
1) Pickling
First, the main role is to make the wire to be plated through an acid treatment to remove impurities existing on the plated object, so that the surface of the plated object and the coating has a good binding force.
2) rinse
Second, the purpose is to remove the acid remaining on the surface of the object to be plated after soaking.
5. Galvanizing: Use electrolysis to form a uniform, dense, well-bonded metal or gold deposit on the manufacturing surface.
6, cold water washing: remove the chemical solution remaining on the surface of the coated steel wire.
7, hot water washing: warm the galvanized steel wire to facilitate drying.
8. Drying: Dry the surface of the plated parts to prevent the coatings from being damaged under the corrosive atmosphere in the air.
9. Take-up: There are two ways to take-up the galvanized finished wire (ball chain drive horizontal synchronous take-up and single-line control inverted take-up)
