Portable Shipping Container House Used For Renting To Tourist:
Portable shipping container house is modified from 40 feet standard
shipping container and used for renting to tourist who is only on
short holidays. The container house is fully designed with one
bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and one living room. There are
two steel doors for the container house and one is go inside the
living room directly and another is go inside the kitchen directly.
On one end is the bathroom is fully equipped with shower, toilet
and wash basin. And on another end is the bedroom, all the flooring
is designed with laminated flooring except the bathroom which is
ceramic tiles. All the roof and walls applied EPS sandwich panel as
insulation material.
Container house is convenient in lifting, fixing, compounding and
transporting. The construction of the container house enables its
compounding in longitudinal and transversal direction, and also
enables compounding of containers into many floors. Building
materials are environmental friendly and also can offer a
comfortable indoor condition suitable for many purposes, such as
office, hotel, town house, mining accommodation, and training
center etc. According to different making, container houses can be
divided into three types: flat packing container house, modified
shipping container house and welding container house.

system etc.
4. Sliding window with aluminum frame or PVC frame.
5. Sliding door, steel sandwich panel door, steel door, wooden
door.
6. Colorful painting, wall cladding for outer decoration.
7. Electricity and water plumbing system can be provided.
8. Furniture (bathroom unit, kitchen sink, bed, wardrobe, A/C,
table and chairs etc.)

5. The loading of the floor shall not exceed the bearing weight.
6. The easy corrosion steel parts are needed regular
maintenance,such as rust cleaning,painting, renovating,etc.
