FeCrAl alloys are characterized by excellent oxidation resistance
and very good form stability resulting in long element life.
They are typically used in electrical heating elements in
industrial furnaces and home appliances.
FeCrAl alloys have higher service temperature than NiCr Alloys and
much lower prices. But they have lower stability and flexibility,
easily to be fragile after a time circle
The grades of Electric furnace wire used for lead rod are various,
according to the furnace temperature: stainless steel, 0Cr25Al5,
0Cr21Al6Nb, 0cr27Al7MO2 and other materials, our factory produces
all variety of lead rod, with quality assurance!
Specifications: 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm,
35mm and so on.
It can be fine processing on the wire connecting rod, lead-out rod , such as Thread-cutting, slotting and so on.
