Design:
- Sanitary sampling valve consists of three parts – a valve body, a valve head and a
membrane. The rubber membrane is placed on the stem of the valve
head and works as a stretchable plug.
- The membrane functions are both – as a dynamic packing in the valve
seat and as a hygienic, static packing against the valve body.
- The unique design eliminates dead spaces and preventing microbial
and particulate build-up -which may interfere with microbiological
test results.
- Perfect hygienic design and surface finish of the inner part of sanitary sampling valve enables absolute sterilization in a closed state.
- Sterilization and sampling can be carried out regularly without
interrupting the production process.

The Sample Valve type is used to treat high viscosity materials,
such as yoghourt, syrup, ice cream, etc. The valve is normally
closed design, it will open when pushing the handle and will return
to nominal close position automatically by spring.
Standard Design
Aseptic sampling valve is made from three parts: valve body, valve
head and one piece of diaphragm. A rubber diaphragm valve is put at
the axis of valve head, acting as an extensible valve core.
- End connections can be welded, clamped or threaded, only one size
DN8 available.

Steam must be dry, because condensed water will damage the
diaphragm. The diaphragm should be replaced after 100 times
