Overview:

The aging test chamber adopts xenon arc lamps to simulate full sunlight spectrum to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments, and carry out aging test by exposing the material of the sample to the illumination and heat radiation of the xenon arc lamp, to evaluate the light and weather resistance of some materials under the action of high temperature light source.

Features:

1. Measure the radiation intensity of xenon lamp by optical fiber transmission to avoid the error of measurement value caused by temperature

2. A blackboard thermometer BPT or black standard thermometer BST is installed on the sample holder.

3. In order to record the working time of each test, there is a timer equipped on the operation panel to control the running time, the device automatically closes when the display value of the timer reaches the preset value.

4. Protection device: In order to make the Xenon arc lamp work normally, and not easy to be damaged. The lamp is automatically extinguished when the door opens, and the whole machine stops working.

5. The xenon lamp is installed vertically in the center of the chamber, and a drum-type sample holder is installed around the lamp tubes. The sample holder has a number of standard fixtures.

6. When the equipment is running, the sample holder rotates around the lamp tubes to ensure uniformity of irradiation at each angle.

7. Water-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber is suitable for sheet or sliced specimens
