Male Part Specification:
- High flexible male pin, The head of the pin is conical and sharp
headed and made of hard plastic or metal, so the applicator pin
does not penetrate the plastic part when applied to the animal ear,
and the conical head of the male part succeed to penetrate the
animal ear.
Female Part specification:
- This part has openings to ventilate the ear at the part of
fixing.
- Laser printing will be applies to the outer face of this part.
- This part has a metal (or plastic) ring embedded inside the neck
to prevent the male part from being detached or removed. (Proper
fixing of the two parts together).
Numbering of the tag:
- 14 columns include letters and numbers (Min 14 Alphanumeric
digits).
- Laser printed to insure high accuracy and clarity and long
lasting for a period not less than 5 years.
- The size of printing should be easily readable and proportional
with the tag size.
- The font used will be Ariel.
- Colours wanted are: RED, Orange and Yellow.
