CNC Presicion Machining

Our 3 Axis CNC Machines output maximum spindle speeds up to 24,000 RPM and utilize 14 to 24 Station Automated Tool Turrets allowing KAIAO to offer clients High Efficiency CNC production of parts.

Rapid Vacuum Casting

The maximum volume of our Vacuum Casting Machine is: 2.0m x 1.2m x 1.0m. KAIAO provides Low Volume Short Run Productions of instrument boards, door panels, as well as Automotive Interiors and Exteriors.

Rapid Reaction Injection Molding

Using ABS, Aluminum Mold making Materials, KAIAO can make molds of all sizes for all kinds of applications, can make large RIM parts with 3 to 6mm wal thicknesses that have High Rigidity and High Strength

OUR COMPANY HISTORY

1995.12 ---- KAIAO is established as a 1000 squares meter plant in ShenZhen, BaGuaLing Industrial Park. Registered Capital: 600,000.00 USD.

1997.10 --- KAIAO receives the State Key Science and Technology Project Plan for: RPM APPLIED RESEARCH, DELEVOPMENT, AND APPLICATION.

1998.02 --- KAIAO relocates from the BaGuaLing Industrial Park, to a 1500 square meter plant in ShenZhen, TianAn Digital Mall.

1998.03 --- KAIAO is endorsed as: HE STATE RPM APPLIED RESEARCH AND SERVICE CENTER, by the State Science and Technology Department.

1992. 02 --- KAIAO receives recognition for: APPLIED CAD TECHNIQUE CONSULTATION SERVICE CENTER, Awarded from the ShenZhen Science and Technology Bureau.

2001. 01 --- KAIAO wins the ShenZhen Science and Technology Process Award: RPM TECHNOLOGIES PROMOTION AND APPLICATION.

2003.10 --- KAIAO receives recognition as: HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISE, by the ShenZhen Science and Technology Bureau

2003.12 --- KAIAO receives recognitionas: ShenZhen Manufacturing Information Project Key Demonstration Enterprise, with HUAWEI, ZTE, LENOVO, KONKA, SKYWORTH, FRANGDA & TCL.

2009.08 --- KAIAO officially becomes KAIAO RAPID MANUFACTURING CO., LIMITED & Production is relocated to a 3000 square meter plant in BaoAN District's AoHua Industrial Park.
