• Product Features​

HY-RJ3010 can work continuously under 1200°C.Microwave Output Power is 0.10~2.80kW continuously adjustable.

HY-RJ3010 uses quartz working tube with 50mm in diameter and the innovative insulation structure ensure that there is no product pollution.

HY-RJ3010 can be connected to gas treatment device at the end part.

HY-RJ3010 is half automatice, that is, the sample feeding and loading shall be operated mannually, while feeding mode can also be customized to fully automatic mode, which is our other pyrolysis furnace type like HY-RJ6010.

• Applications

HY-RJ3010 allows to heat organic material in absence of oxygen for a wide range of industrial applications like energy or chemicals production, thus is suitble for pyrolyzing materials such as organic waste salt, activated carbon, biomass, coal, rubbish and plastics etc. with high efficiency and continuity.
