FQS swimming pool water pump is able to use in the salt water or
chlorine filtered pools. Its built with a corrosion resistant
marine grade cast iron motor housing and chemical resistant
thermoplastic filter and engineer plastic pump body which allows
the pump to be tough and durable. It provides high effective
cleanin filtration basket which designed to capture and prevent
fine debris from entering the pump,make the pump to supply a long
time service.
Direct coupled type pump units:the chassis must remain stable, so
as not to damage the coupling.
Belt wheel type pump units:the two pulleys must be aligned, the
belt loose or tighten must be moderate. If the pump doesn't turn,
it is generally because the impeller-ring get rusty, you can use
the mallet knocking the coupling axially.Pump mounting height(in
order to suction the water tank as the base)should be less than the
permit smoking on 1-2meter high vacuum.
INSTALLATION
Only qualified licensed electrician should install pump and wiring.
IMPORTANT ELECTRICAL
Electrical Contractors Please Note: All 220/380 Volt 50Hz pumps
must be wired to the main power
supply through an approved and correctly rated electrician.
PUMP MOUNT MUST
Be solid Level Rigid Vibration Free.
Allow use of short, direct suction pipe. (To reduce friction losses
& don’t install the pump more
than 3M geometrical height from water level)
Allow for gate valves in suction and discharge piping.
Have adequate floor drainage to prevent flooding.
Be protected from excess moisture.
