The proofer is made of stainless steel, and the water in the tank is heated by the electric heating tube to generate a large amount of water vapor. The temperature inside the box can reach 80-85%, and the temperature can be automatically controlled between 35-40 °C to form a suitable fermentation environment, and a heating dry burning tube and a heating piece are added to keep the temperature inside the box and heat the water droplets. It is the ideal equipment for the production of bread and cakes.

The continuous and convective circulation of temperature and humidity provides uniform conditions for fermentation. Therefore, the dough is fermented at the same speed anywhere on the machine.

The machine is designed with heating rods and heating rods for heating the temperature and generating moisture. The humidified water spray is controlled by a solenoid valve. In addition, air is forced to circulate in convection.

With a knob, the temperature and humidity can be easily set to provide the most suitable fermentation conditions.
