Description
RH6250-70Q is platinum cured silicone rubber for silicone products.
This silicone rubber is packaged in A:B composition at 20 kg/barrel
or 200 kg/barrel. The storage conditions are unmixed two-component
sealed and stored at room temperature. It is important to note that
this product should not be exposed to compounds containing N, P,
and S, so as not to poison the platinum catalyst and affect the
effect.
RH6250-70Q can be used to produce diving supplies articles with
high transparency and excellent rubber elastic properties.

Packaging & Storage
Available in 20kg pails or 200kg drums.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12
months from the day of manufacture.
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S
to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
Tips
Q: How many kgs of silicone I need to make a mold, like 1m*1m?
A: First, you change the "m" to "cm". Then the
V(volume)=100cm(length)*100cm(width)*1.5cm(height or thickness)
=15000cm3
→ the density of the liquid silicone is 1.1g/cm3→ the quantity= 15000cm3* 1.1g/cm3=16500g(16.5kg)
Q: How can I know the thickness of the silicone mold?
A: For the pouring way, if you do not have a plaster have a base to
keep its shape (like square), then we usually suggest that 2-3cm is
enough. If yes, then 1-1.5 cm is enough.
Q: Why is there not enough 25kgs silicone in the drum?
A: V=m/p. because the different of the silicone viscosity, so there
will be a little difference. When the viscosity is lower, there
will be 26kgs or more. In contrast, there will be 24kgs or little.
