Wokflow
1. Control box: We use our own fourth-generation control box to
control the movement and speed of dinosaurs.
2. Mechanical Frame: For many years, we have been using stainless
steel and brushless motors as the driving force for dinosaurs. At
least 24 hours of testing of the mechanical structure of each
dinosaur will be performed prior to the start of the modeling
process.
3. Modeling: High-density sponge ensures the appearance and highest
quality of the shape. Products made from high-density sponges are
characterized by low deformation, high temperature resistance, ease
of storage and model display.
4. Engraving: professional engraving master, more than ten years of
engraving experience. They create perfect dinosaur body proportions
based on dinosaur bones and scientific data. Strive to achieve the
most realistic dinosaur effect
5. Painting: The master of painting can draw dinosaurs according to
customer requirements. If the customer has a design drawing, they
can also provide it to us. We can help you make the contents of the
drawing.
6. Final test: Each product will be tested continuously on the day
before shipment.
7. Packaging and Transportation: The bubble bag protects the
dinosaur from any damage during transportation. PP film fixed
bubble bag. Every product is carefully packed, especially for
animatronic dinosaurs, we will protect the eyes and mouth of
