Automatic Filter Press:

The filter press consists of a frame, a filter plate, a filter press system and an electric control cabinet. The frame is composed of a base, a push plate and a beam, and supports the pressing device and the filter plate. The filter plate is mounted on the beam between the tail plate and the push plate with a filter cloth sandwiched therebetween. In operation, the tableting device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and the filter cloth between the push plate and the tail plate. The function of the electric control cabinet is to control the process of sludge dewatering, such as setting the dehydration time, pump pressure, and processing capacity.
