This high speed rotary tablet double press machine specially for
compressing powder granule material into various shape of tablet of
11~25mm, at capacity of 590,000pcs per hour.
Main features:
1. Double impeller force feeder, improve granule flow-ability and
filling performance, ensure filling precision.
2. Adopts advanced operation system and the tablet weight control
system. It can easily adjust each operation parameter of main
pressure, pre-pressure and filling depth without manual adjusting
handwheel. Automatically detecting and controlling the tablet
hardness and weight.
3. Perfect tablet pressing system, twice press to form tablet,
reasonable framework with proper space and large pressure roller,
the tablet would be pressed in longer time with no tablet weight
difference.
4. It can automatically record all the operation parameter for
different batch production, convenient recovery of production for
same specification tablets.
5. Shell is made of stainless steel, fully enclosed type. Surface
of rotary turret is covered with harderned layer to make it wear
resistant, meeting GMP standards
6. Adopting defective picking out controller, can picking out the
defect tablet out during high speed running.
7. Small flow and quantitative lubrication system, with high
precise lubrication pump, to ensure the lubrication of pressure
roller, and solve the tablet pollution problem.
