Centrifuge Oil Water Separator Application:
The marine separator is mainly used for cleaning up the moisture
and mechanical impurity in the fuel ( Light diesel oil, heavy
diesel oil, fuel oil) and lubricating oil of ships and diesel
engine

1, There are stationary centripetal pumps for heavy phase and light
phase output. Separated heavy phase and light phase are outputted
respectively by the large and small centripetal pumps which on the
top of the drum respectively. .
Centrifuge Oil Water Separator description:
KYDR204DD-23 series disk separators are mainly made up of inlet and
outlet mechanism, drum , machine cover, vertical shaft, horizontal
shaft, machine base, gear pump, etc.
The unfiltered materials (mixed liquid) are transmitted to the
heart parts of this machine ( the inside of the drum). Under the
actions of strong centrifugal force, the materials will pass
through the intervals of a group of disk piece bundles. And then,
the neutral hole of the disk piece being the interface, the liquid
with higher density (heavy phase) will move outward the neutral
hole along the disk piece, through the annular channels of drum
outer circle, flowing to the heavy phase outlet. The heavy residues
will be accumulated in the sediment area, waiting for discharge
when the machine is shut down. The liquid with lower density (
light phase) will move upward along the disk piece wall and gather
in the small centripetal pump, outputted by the small centripetal
pump.
2, This series of separator outfits various specific gravity rings
with different diameter, which can be used according to the density
and volume of the materials.
