The operation condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the HMI.
• The whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.
• Most parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material, in line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging requirements.
