THE STRUCTURE OF THE PRODUCT
The Copper Wire Rupture and Cutting Machine includes a shredding system, a shredding system, a sorting system and a dust collection system. The whole process is controlled by PLC. PROCESS DESCRIPTION

For the small capacity, the raw material of the cable wire can be introduced directly into the all-in-one machine, after crushing, then the air separator can suspend copper and plastic on the screen. Then the copper will be separated from the plastic by the weighting method and the friction force produced by the mesh surface. Recycling and breaking copper cable in the crusher to get the wires into small pieces, then the air separator will ensure that copper and plastic are hung on the screen to separate the copper from the plastic by the method weighting and the friction force produced by the mesh surface. To improve purity and capacity, the remaining materials will go into our high-voltage electrostatic separator. Copper wire recycling production line, including grinding system, air separation system, dust and fiber collection system and high voltage electrostatic precipitator.
