Description:
Application of silicone rubber coated fiberglass fabric:
1.As pipeline flexible coupling, for avoiding damage caused by heat
expansion and cold contraction.
2.Used as sealing material,temperature resistance and
anti-corrosion conveyor belt and packaging material.
3.It fits making products like insulation cloth and sleeves etc.
4.Used as inner and outer anti-corrosion layer featuring excellent
corrosion, resistance,temperature resistance and high strength.
Silicone Coated Fiberglass are made from woven fiberglass
substrates that have been coated on one or both sides with silicone
rubber. It has characteristics quite similar to those of
PTFE-coated fabrics: Good temperature resistance, good chemical and
electric resistance. But they are more flexible, on the other hand,
silicone has a non-slip surface, unlike PTFE. These fabrics are
widely used for manufacturing of removable, reusable insulation
pads, jacket for Valves, Turbines, Equipment requiring frequent.

Characteristics:
Silicone fiberglass cloth is engineered to retain the distinctive
properties of silicone, and adding a glass fabric to the matrix
enable it to obtain the added benefits of dimensional stability,
durability, excellent tensile strength and low elongation. In
addition, it can operate in temperatures from -94°F to +500°F
(-70°C to +260°C).
