Joful sponge foam cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife
design, with application of international leading oblique knob
scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife,
continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, the
discharge port with detachable screen, screen size can be
customizable as your cutting final size request, one machine can
equipped with different size screen, fully meet you different
cutting size request

are charged at cost price

Special Tips for Maintenance and Using
Using Tips
| Please put the machine in a open flat place |
| Running the empty machine for 30 minutes, after machine finish
installation, to check if every parts works well |
| Please sharpening the blades (moving blades and fix blades)
regularly according to our suggest |
| Please do not try to fix or repare the machine yourself if any
problem happen, pls contact us firstly, we will solver your problem
in the frst time |
| Avoid metal materials, that will hurt the blades |
| If the blades getting old and broken, pls contact us to get new
blades to replace it |
Maintenance Tips
* You need to sharpen blade regularly, we will suggest you
sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and your
daily working hours, pls following our suggestion
* You need exchange new blades .(generally the blades lifespan
10-26 months depend on what materials you cut and daily working
hours)
