Introduction

joints diameter is only 0.2-0.5mm. No deformation and the material
can be etched without any damage. No trachoma, no stomata with
smooth welding edge. You can re-use the original mold after repair,
which will greatly improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Feature
Energy, pulse width, frequency and faculae can be adjusted within a
wide range to achieve different welding effects.
The parameters are adjusted by the control rod in the sealed
cavity, simple and efficient .
Ceramic focusing cavity imported from the U.K. is employed,
corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, efficient in
optical/electrical conversion.
The focusing cavity's service lifespan is 8 to 10 years, and the
service lifespan of the Xenon lamp is over 8 million times.

Main Function
Laser control system: Mold laser spot welder is under the control
of double closed loop by inside improved industrial controlling
micro-computer so the stability and the running ability surpass
products that controlled by monolithic integrated circuit. The
laser controlling system can control the power source profile
precisely pre-set optimized.
Gas protecting system: synchronous argon protecting system
controlled by micro-computer act better, it make the welding
connection even firmer and artistic. Being controlled to keep
synchronous transmission with laser can save the argon at the
highest level.
Observing system: It's equipped with special-purpose microscope
observing system with cross cursor. It has high speed electron
flitting device to protect the operator's eyes from being hurt.

variety of die materials: S136, NAK80, 718, 738, P20, SKD-11,
SKD-61, H13, W302, GS2344, GS2343, GS2082, etc.
