Main Feature of Cartoning Machine
1. It can automatically complete the folding of the leaflet, carton
loading, opening, material packing, batch number printing, sealing
and output. It can also be equipped with a hot melt adhesive
machine to complete the hot melt sealing.
2. It is equipped with a leaflet folding machine. The leaflet
storage rack of the folding machine can hold 1400-1600 sheets,
which greatly reduces the labor intensity. It’s with up and down
limit detection.
3. The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC and uses sick eye mark
to monitor the movement of each part. If there is an abnormality
during operation, it can automatically stop and display the cause,
so as to eliminate the fault in time.
4. With the human-machine interface, all operating parameters and
system information will be displayed on the screen, the operation
status is clear at a glance, and the production efficiency is
improved. The simple operation performance can reduce the training
time.
5. The machine is equipped with Baker vacuum pump and SEW main
motor. The SEW motor is equipped with a torque overload protector,
which can realize the separation of the main drive motor from each
transmission part in the case of overload to ensure the safety of
the whole machine.
6. The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device.
The packaging process adopts the principle of packaging priority.
When there is no product, it does not feed the leaflet, does not
load the box, and does not pack product into the box, so as to
ensure the qualified rate and reduce the waste of packaging
materials. In the latter part of the detection process, the leaflet
in the phosphor powder detection box and the materials in the metal
detection box are configured, and the waste products (without
blister or leaflet) are rejected at the exit to ensure that the
product quality fully meets the qualified requirements.
7. The machine can be used alone or be linked to upstream machine
such as blister packing or tube filling to make a complete
production line.
8. The machine can change the packing specifications according to
the different requirements of projects, and it is easy to adjust
and debug. It is suitable for the production of a single variety in
large batches, and at the same time, it can meet the production of
small batches of multiple varieties.
