HY-ZG1512 is microwave tube furnace with advantages of fast heating speed and various atmosphere options, this furnace can work stablely under 1200°C.

HY-ZG1512 has three controlling mode, i.e Auto, Manual and Isothermal Controlling.

Auto mode, users can set temperature, holding time and the machine will regulate the output power automatically according to the time-temperature curve.

Manual mode, users can set a constant microwave output power manually while the temperarure and heating time will run automatically accoding to power.

Isothermal mode, users can set constant temperature and time manually and the microwave output power will regulate automatically.

HY-ZG1512 uses one 1.5kW magnetron to generate microwave, the microwave output power is continuously ajustable, while the microwave frequency is 2.45 GHz and the microwave leakage intensity is less than 2mW/cm2, opretators have no risk of exposing to microwave
