Blackened Receival Drum
Blackened Receival Drum is a component connecting the cigarette rod
maker and filter machine. It receives cut cigarette rods and
transfer them in order to the filter machine.
Hot Black Oxide For Stainless Steel
Hot black oxide for stainless steel is a mixture of caustic,
oxidizing, and sulfur salts. It blackens 300 and 400 series and the
precipitation-hardened 17-4 PH stainless steel alloys. The solution
can be used on cast iron and mild low-carbon steel. The resulting
finish complies with military specification MIL-DTL–13924D Class 4
and offers abrasion resistance. Black oxide finish is used on
surgical instruments in light-intensive environments to reduce eye
fatigue.
Room-temperature blackening for stainless steel occurs by
auto-catalytic reaction of copper-selenide depositing on the
stainless-steel surface. It offers less abrasion resistance and the
same corrosion protection as the hot blackening process. One
application for room-temperature blackening is in architectural
finishes (patina for stainless steel).
Customization:
Regular receival drums are for 7.8*84mm cigarettes, MK8 model.
Please provide detailed info. to us if your desired specs is
different.
Depending on cigarette sizes, cigarette rod machine model, filter
machine model and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can
vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be
negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.

Machines Applicable:
We provide receival drums for basically all types of cigarette
making machines including MK8, MK9, Protos 70/80/90, etc.
The drum shown in photos is for Chinese made MK8.
Shipping Terms:
Preferred: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR
It had always been our first priority to provide quotation with EXW
terms applied price. Still for final shipment the other 3 sets of
shipping terms are most recommended. We would like to have the
export clearance process done by ourselves since normally we know
China’s customs more than our clients do. Also the tax rebate
procedure can be more or less simplified if we clear the custom on
our own.
For any other sets of shipping terms especially those where export
clearance is no more our obligation to see to, please contact with
us for further detail negotiation, so as to avoid any discordance.
Other Services:
Before business actually starts, we are always glad to send you
samples(wear parts/ consumables/ spares) for a quality test.
Clients are always welcome to our office for better communication,
and also to our plants for an on-site inspection. Please inform us
of your journey beforehand so that we could meet you at the airport
and join you to visit our plants.
We provide on-site engineering support for installation of complete
machines if requested.
For requirement of specific certification to meet import
regulations of certain nations, inform us beforehand to get our
products certified if they are not yet.
