* Mold: Cast iron mold casting stiffness and relative thin
overlying sand casting cooling speed, fine sand grain size, thus
significantly advances the casting dimaensional accuracy, density
surface quality, refinement extent and rate of grain ball, and can
be realised without riser casting.
* Surface nitriding: After nitriding treatment products with
excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance corrosion resistance
and high temperature properties.
* Fillet Rolling: Maximum improvement of fatigue strength against
other technologies; Improvement of total indior runs out valve
after deep rolling by roll straightening.
