Description:
This machine is suitable for test thermal melt material, in order
to find out droplet combustion characteristics of building
materials under the influence of the heat source or not. The
experiment is material specimen under radiant heat source of the
upper radiator under the specified conditions:
1) combustion of released gas;
2) drop of burning or non-burning drops;
3) combustion of fiber cotton.

melting materials
Specification:
1. Heat source:
The source of heat is an electric radiator with a useful output of
500W. The radiating surface is made of a transparent quartz plate
with a diameter of 100mm; it is heated by coiling electric
resistance wire, and on a spiral groove of refractory bracket.
2. Specimen holder:
The support for the samples is a metallic ring, on top of this
support a grill, made of stainless steel-wire, is placed with the
following dimensions: interior diameter 118mm, dimension of the
holes 2.10mm square, diameter of the steel-wire 0.70mm.
3. Droplet collector:
The receptacle is a cylindrical tube with an interior diameter of
118mm and a depth of 12mm. The receptacle is filled with cotton
wool.

Features:
1. All fixtures are made of stainless steel material, appearance
nice and corrosion resistance;
2. Radiation bracket can be rotated, the rotation angle is greater
than 90 degrees and easy to install the sample;
3. Sample installation height can be adjusted;

power control automatic adjustment;
6. The radiation shield is a quartz glass and the opening diameter
is 100mm ± 5mm;

diameter is 118mm;
