T- / T- TCA series exhaust gas turbocharger description:

T- TCA Series Turbocharger Nozzle Ring blongs to one part of T- / T- TCA series exhaust gas turbocharger, which were regarded as the upgraded technology of the previous successful T- NA series of turbochargers. The T- TCA series turbocharger is not only clearly increased in efficiency, but aslo substantially improved in reliability and service life. The T- TCA Series are developed for constant-pressure turbocharging, with which, the engine exhaust gases flow into a common exhaust ifold, accumulate there and flow with minor pressure fluctuations to the exhaust turbine.

The T- TCA series are designed as axial turbine and can be used in a very wide perforce range for the charging of two-stroke and four-stroke diesel and gas powered engines. Engine outputs are from 2,000 kW to 30,000kW per turbocharger and with easy-to-service or maintenance.

T-TCA Series Turbocharger Nozzle Ring description:

The engine exhaust gas expands through a nozzle ring where the pressure energy of the gas is converted to kinetic energy. This high velocity gas is directed onto the turbine blades where it drives the turbine wheel, and thus the compressor at high speeds (10 -15000 rpm). The exhaust gas then passes through the outlet casing to the exhaust uptakes.

• The turbocharger nozzle ring is usually fabricated from a creep resistant chromium nickel alloy, heat resisting moly-chrome nickel steel or a nimonic alloy which will withstand the high temperatures and be resistant to corrosion.
• Furthermore, due to its function is to convert the exhaust gas into kinetic energy, the precision processing of the nozzle ring is highly deded.
