1.Introduction
Saibainuo made electric induction popcorn machine aims to meet
customers' demand for bigger capacity. It can be combined with our
production line to reach bigger capacity upto 6 tons per day.
If less productivity is required, it can work alone for producing
caramel or other flavored gourmet popcorns with direct coating, no
need other coating machines. It can also work along with the
production line of 7 meters to reduce manpower cost and facilitate
the processing.
2. Production detailed
1. User-friendly control panel: Everything is done automatically
through the panel, including automatic ignition, auto gas entry,
variable mixing speed, popcorn discharging, etc.
2. High efficient pressure burner: Pressure burner provides high
burning efficiency with blue flames to ensure maximum heating and
save more gas than normal burners.Size of flames can be adjusted
easily by air inlet valve and gas inlet valve.
3. Planetary scraping system: Planetary mixing system to ensure
thorough mix of all materials inside, imitation of manual stirring;
Thick Teflon scrapers durable and pressed tight against the surface
of the bowl without any gapping.
4. Hydraulic System: Equipped with hydraulic pump station for
automatic mixing-arm lifting up/down and easy popcorns discharging.
