1.Product Description
Hot Sale Automatic Potato Tapioca Corn Modified Starch Machine uses
rice, corn, beans and all kinds of grains as raw materials. Through
extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce
many kinds of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame
paste, beans powder and so on. This line could finish all the
process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has features
of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving
energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.
This process line can make Modified Starch, Denatured Starch, Pre
Gel Starch by changing different designed barrel and screws of
Double Screw Extruder. Modified Starch is widely used in textile,
food process, oil drilling, paper, construction industries etc.

4. Machine figures
1. The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high
strength and wear-resting. And it has good self-cleaning ability
and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when
roasting or replacing of materials
2. Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect,
and it ensures extruder operate safely

4. It adopts speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion
system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw
feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole
food process.
5. Adopted the Delta inverters, ensure the extruder better running.

gear life.
7. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by
