The ultrasonic cleaner is usually composed of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer is a sandwich transducer made of piezoelectric ceramic material. The mechanical vibration of piezoelectric ceramic material will occur under the effect of alternating electric field.
Common problems of transducer of ultrasonic cleaner
1. When the vibrator of ultrasonic cleaner is damped, it can use a megohmmeter to check the plug connected with the transducer, and check the insulation resistance value to judge the basic situation. Generally, it is required that the insulation resistance is more than 5 megohm. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, the transducer is usually damped. Put all the transducers (excluding the plastic spraying shell) into the oven and set 100 ℃ to bake for 3 hours, or use the electric blower to remove the humidity until the resistance value is normal.
2. The transducer vibrator is ignited and the ceramic material is broken. It can be checked with the naked eye and the megger. It is usually used as an emergency treatment method to disconnect the single damaged vibrator without affecting the normal operation of other vibrators.
3. When the vibrator is degummed, our transducer is cemented, and the screw is tightened in two layers to ensure the technology, which will not present this situation under normal conditions.
4. The stainless steel oscillating surface of the ultrasonic cleaner is perforated. Generally, the transducer with full load operation for 10 years may present the situation of oscillating surface perforation in the future.
Note: modification
(1) the power supply of ultrasonic cleaner and electric heater must have outstanding grounding device.
(2) the ultrasonic cleaner shall not be started without detergent, that is, the cleaning cylinder shall not be equipped with a certain amount of detergent, and the ultrasonic switch shall not be closed.
(3) the cleaning equipment with heating equipment shall not turn on the heating switch when there is no liquid.
(4) prevent heavy objects (iron parts) from hitting the bottom of the cylinder to avoid damage to the chip of the energy converter.
(5) the power supply of ultrasonic generator shall use a 220 V / 50 Hz power supply alone and be equipped with a voltage regulator above 2000 W.
(6) wash the bottom of the cylinder regularly without too much sundries or dirt.
(7) when the ultrasonic cleaner changes the new liquid, the parts can be washed only after the ultrasonic starts.
