Application
The manual valve is the control part in the pipeline fluid
transportation system. It is used to change the channel section and
the flow direction of the medium. It has the functions of
diversion, cut-off, regulation, throttling, check, diversion or
overflow pressure relief. For the valve used for fluid control, the
nominal diameter of the valve is from the extremely small
instrument valve to the industrial pipeline valve with the diameter
up to 10 m. Under the action of pressure, temperature or other
sensing signals, the valve can act according to the predetermined
requirements, or simply open or close without depending on the
sensing signals. The valve depends on the driving or automatic
mechanism to make the opening and closing parts move up and down,
slide, swing or rotate, so as to change the size of its flow
passage area to realize its control function.
Principle
Rotate the adjusting screw clockwise, adjust the spring force and
press the diaphragm downward, and move the connecting spool and
chassis downward. At this time, a path is formed above the spool
chassis, and the air pressure is exported through the outlet.
When the outlet pressure rises to the set pressure, it is
transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet
pressure sensing hole, and the spring pressure is balanced, and the
set pressure is maintained.
When the outlet pressure is greater than the set pressure, it is
transmitted to the bottom of the diaphragm through the outlet
pressure induction hole, and the hole between the diaphragm and the
chassis opens. The outlet pressure is transmitted to the spring
chamber through the hole and discharged to the atmosphere to
maintain the set pressure.
