SED-420-27Y-D Automatic Rotary Tablet Press is a double-pressing automatically revolving tablet-pressing machine which could press granular into round tablets, special-shaped tablets, double-color tablets and engraving tablets. It is mainly used in manufacturing pressed tablets for pharmaceutical industry like chemical industry, foods, and electronics. (Note: when manufacturing double color piece, it only need replacing components and adding powder absorbing apparatus which greatly lowers the cost and raises profit.)

1.The cover is made of stainless steel with enclosed type. The inner tablet surface is also made of stainless steel which could keep surface clean and prevent from being polluted, comply with GMP requirement.
2.Equipped with plexiglass perspective window which could help to observe the status of pressing tablet. Side blank could be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain.
3.All monitors and operating components are in good order.
4.Applying with frequency changing, speed regulating apparatus to do electricity regulation. The convenient operation and smooth revolving are safe and correct.
5.Equipped with over-load protection apparatus. When pressure overloads, the machine will stop automatically.
6.The machine is provided with a dust collector to thoroughly collect the dust in the tablet pressing chamber.
7.When it makes double-layer tablets, the output will be reduced by half.
