Description
There are two principle types of trackers, single and duel axis
trackers. Single axis trackers are adjusted every month or so
account for seasonal changes in the suns position, the single axis
is then used to track the daily movement from east to west of the
sun across the sky. Duel axis trackers eliminate the need for
monthly adjustment by using one axis to track the suns daily
movement and another axis to track the seasonal movement. A single
axis solar tracker improves solar output by around 25% and a dual
axis tracker by around 40%.
A solar tracker is a mechanical device - automatic act to guide
favorably with respect to the sun's rays from a photovoltaic panel,
a solar thermal panel or a solar concentrator. The solar tracker
causes an increase in the power of the captured solar energy and,
therefore, the actual performance of the renewable energy device.

the PV panels, mirrors which is mounted on the slewing drives.

generally arranged in a row, array so that the slewing drive could
drive not only one solar modules.
In the field of solar concentration, a solar tracker is useful to
keep the fire point generated by the paraboloid or mirror constant
in the channeling element of the liquid to be heated. The greater
the perpendicular alignment with the sun's rays, the greater the
efficiency of thermodynamic conversion and the thermal energy
produced for the same surface.
