The process flow of PE PP pelletizing line as following:

1.Convey feeder → Extruding system1→High speed screen exchanger→Extruding system2 →High speed screen exchanger →Water-ring pelletizing machine→ Dewater machine→Vibrator sieve→Air dryer→Silo

Introduction

This set has a complete production machine line, it can be automatically and continuously produced, direct and clean granulation, non-pollution and non-aging phenomenon, which greatly reduces production cost and improves production efficiency. The machine has small size, high efficiency, good performance, low power consumption, high quality of finished products and wide adaptability.
The gearbox is designed with high torque to achieve noise free and smooth operation.

Function: Plasticizing material with high temperature and exhausting hot gas and moisture.

Single Screw Extruder (second stage)

Function: Further plasticizing and filtering material with high temperature.

Dewatering Machine

Function: Remove out water to dry the pellets.
