Equipment features:

1. The equipment is mainly applicable to the stranding of large length, large cross-section aluminum, aluminum alloy, bare copper wire and core aluminum stranded wire, sector conductor, cross-linked tight cable core.

2. The wire reel is divided into four equal parts when it is installed in the hinge cage. It is centralized on the winch. The equipment has high rigidity strength, good overall performance and high operation speed.

3. The equipment traction drive adopts 36 grade gear box, double active and double traction device, with the maximum traction force up to 15t. The traction device adopts natural wire splitting to avoid the scratch of wire core in the process of wire splitting. When the wire reel is full to the empty disc, the tension is even, and there is an automatic tight stop device for the broken wire. The broken wire stop directly controls each wire reel. When the broken wire reel stops, the main machine automatically stops. Move tight stop.
