1, PET bottle blow molding machine
It is a kind of equipment which can make plastic granules into
hollow containers by blow
molding process. It is mainly used in beverage and food industry.
Features

2, Water treatment system
Raw water pump: connect to raw water,we supplier the best supplier Nanfang pump or
Grundfos pump.
Silica sand filter: as a filter medium can effectively intercept and remove suspended
matter, organic matter and some heavy metal ions in water under
certain pressure, thus reducing the turbidity of water.
Active carbon filter: can filter chlorine content in water: <0.1PPM,It can also
reduce turbidity, chroma of water, purify water quality.
Sodium ion exchanger (softener): is used to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, thus
obtaining softened water.
Precision filter: adopts PP filter membranes which has high filtering precision,
less than 0.1um particles, strong ability of intercepting pollution
and long service life.
Reverse osmosis: is composed of reverse osmosis membrane (RO), high pressure pump
and washing system,It can intercept substances larger than 0.0001
micron. and allow water molecules to pass through.
UV: After the RO system, the bacteria in the water are eliminated by
using the UV sterilizing lamp.
Ozone: It is a strong oxidant, which can quickly kill bacteria in water
and air at a certain concentration.
Finished water tank: is used to store filtered pure water, which is connected with
filling machine for application.

Description
Bottle water filling machine is full-automatic multiple-function
washing, filling, capping unit. It is used in washing, filling,
capping all kinds of non-gas drink, such as vinegar, wine, mineral
water, pure water.
It adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize
fully automatic rinsing, filling, capping, which makes changing
different size bottles very easy. Most of elements of the electric
system employ famous brand products.
The machine parts contact with the liquid are made of high quality
stainless steel. They obtain the advantages of good abrasive
resistance, high stability, low failure rate, etc. The quality of
the equipment can reach the international advanced level and gained

Discharge starwheel
Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge
bottles.
Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Discharge Conveyor
Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling
line to prevent bottles from falling.
Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down
and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.
Characteristics for juice filling machine
1) The complete drinking water plant has suspending bottle-neck
clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving
conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of
production of different types of bottles easily.
2) The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the
grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle"s screw
thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the
interior of the bottle.
3) The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine
makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.
4) Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of
screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and
do no harm to the caps.
5) It is adopted that direct connection between air conveyor and
inlet starwheel instead of screw and conveyor chains, which is
easier for bottle changing.
6) There is no need to adjust the height of equipment through neck
holding tech for bottle transportation.And what is only to change
some spare parts.
7) High speed filling line is of clamp transferring
technology.Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table
inside the machine is more laconic.
8) By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling
and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable,
bottle changing is easier.
