1 Machine Main introduction
(1) PLC touch screen control , including counting , speed ,
quantity display , skip paperboard , alarm all function .
(2) Adopt high quality raw material and component , all driving
rollers all used high quality steel rollers , through power balance
and many times grinding .
(3) Main driving gears adopt 40 Cr high precision grinding
processing , gears precision is high and resistance is strength ,
smooth and reliable .
(4) Transmission bearing adopt high speed Haerbi bearing .
(5) The main electrical appliance adopt famous brand .
(6) Apply keyless connection ring , reduce center wear , maintain
long-term printing overprint accuracy .
(7) Automatic back zero , automatic reset .
(8) The host machine have start protecting device , If the host not
lock the host can't start , prevent the machine operate mistake .
(9) Each unit of the whole machine is separated automatically or
independently , electric walking , pneumatic locking , continuous
ringing bell , warning when walking , to ensure the safety of the
operator automatic brake , ensure the position cannot be moved .
(10 ) Cylinder lock is adopted between each machine set . The
overall lock mechanism is designed to ensure stability of the
machine set .
