Construction:
Rigid PVC, micro-foaming material is a new type of chemical
building material with uniform cell structure made of PVC
(polyvinyl chloride) resin as the main raw material, chemical
additives and micro-foaming extrusion line. The density,
performance, appearance and texture are very close to natural wood.
It is also known as "synthetic wood". And waterproof, arson,
anti-mite, sound insulation and other properties are significantly
better than natural wood.
Foaming is the key to the extrusion process. Foaming is related to
the viscosity and permeability of the PVC container. The
characteristic of free foaming is that the material expands itself
after being extruded from the mechanism, and the product density is
small (between 0.42 and 0.55 g/cm3). The surface of the product is
matt and the hardness is small, and it is mostly used as a
decorative material; The foam is characterized in that the material
is immediately pre-cooled after being extruded from the die of the
mechanism, and the formation of small holes is suppressed, and the
shaping treatment is simultaneously performed to prevent the cross
section from increasing, so that the surface thereof is formed to
have a thickness of 0.5-0.8 g/cm3. It has high hardness and can be
used as materials for furniture, flooring and skirting boards.
