Membrane Type Nitrogen Generator Introduction

PSA technique (Pressure Swing Adsorption, PSA for short):it's a kind of advanced gas separation technology, based on physical adsorption of gas molecule on the internal surface of adsorbent (porous solid substances), using adsorbents in the same pressure easy to absorb the high boiling point gas, difficult to absorb low boiling point gas, and under high pressure adsorption amount of absorbed gas increases, under low pressure adsorption of absorbed gas to reduce the features to achieve gas separation. This process under pressure adsorption of impurities, under reduced pressure desorption of impurities, make the adsorbent regeneration, is the PSA cycle.

Membrane Type Nitrogen Generator Working Principle:

PSA nitrogen making uses of the air as its raw material. By use of the selective absorption character of carbon molecular sieve, this process separates nitrogen and oxygen on the basis of the principle that pressurizationgives absorption and depressurization gives desorption.

Membrane Type Nitrogen Generator Technical Characteristic:

1. (PSA) nitrogen generator fully incorporates German technique for nitrogen generation and molecular sieve filling process so that recycling rate of molecular sieve is maximized and pulverization rate is minimized. As a result, life cycle of entire machine can be over 10 years.

2. (PSA) nitrogen generator incorporates home and abroad technique obtained over the years in the industry. Adjustable and detachable absorption tower has been successfully developed and introduced

at the heart which influences life cycle of molecular sieve so that the molecular sieve always operates in stable and static condition. This eliminates for the industry mechanical wearing which is aroused from

long term pressure loading against molecular sieve. This will not only retain the tensile strength of molecular sieve, but also the corrected ratio of stacking density of molecular against volume of

absorption tower remains zero.

3. Based on inherent features of gases, (PSA) nitrogen generator has successfully incorporated vortex emission discharge. The adoption of such unit enables timely and effective replenishment of regenerated gases for molecular sieve so that gas consumption rate is significantly reduced and standby duration of air compressor has been extended under the same conditions. The entire process of discharge and replenishment is completed within 15 seconds.

4. On request, (PSA) nitrogen generator can be fully automatic. Customers can realize 24-hour control and adjustment through remote control system startup, shutdown, flow rate, gas purity, air pressure, nitrogen pressure and absorption tower working pressure. Nonconforming nitrogen will be automatically discharged so that entire machine can fully realize energy saving and reduction in consumption.
