Welding:
we welding the steel poles with auto submerged-arc welding and auto
welding with perfect welding line and good quality,we strickly
control the test of the welding by the flaw testing with ultrasonic
crack detection to make sure there is no crack,undercut,slag
inclusion,hole vent for the welding.
Hot dip galvanization:
Hot dip galvanization in accordance with Chinese standard GB/T
13912-2002 and American standard ASTM A123. The hot dip
galvanization technique could protect steel pole from corrosion for
as long as 50 years

Packaging&Shipping:
Our poles as normal are covered by Mat or straw bale at the top and
bottom and woods between the poles can avoid the damage of the
galvanization on the surface of steel poles, anyway also we can
follow clients required.
