This oil &gas steam boiler is three return fire tube steam
boiler. The burning control, water feed, programs run, etc, is full
automatic.It equipped with a bias furnace tube structure, and high
temperature gas into the atmosphere through five-return smoke tube,
smoke chamber. It equipped with good performance burner and
advanced techniques. This fantasy boiler is safe and reliable, and
also has the advantage of compact structure, simple operation, easy
installation, high efficiency, less pollution and noise, etc
Boiler characteristics
WNS series is a classical shell type boiler, with classical design:
firetube+ wetback+ 3pass. Its average thermal efficiency >95%,
design working life span more than 15years. Equipped with
well-known auxiliary parts, such as BALTUR/RIELLO- Burner, DANFOSS-
Pressure Controler, SIEMENS- PLC operation system, LEO- Multistage
Pump, etc. to ensure the boiler's steady performance. The entire
system warranty period: 2 Years.
Free-Installation
Before the shipment, complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on
the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and
wire connection. After receiving the boiler, no need installation/
assembly. Just join the boiler to water/ gas/ electricity.
Comparing with other traditional boilers in the market, our boiler
does save lots of cost/ energy/ time in installation. The

1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler?
Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel.
The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil,
bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel
could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc.
2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel?
boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel
burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’
requirement.
3. What is the thickness of combustion chamber?
the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working
pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between
10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient.
4. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler,
for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about
8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
