Description:
The multi-functional belt type open packaging machine is made of
carbon steel, stainless steel, spray plastic, etc. It is suitable
for various materials such as food, crops, organic fertilizer, sand
and gravel, chemical raw materials, medicine and so on. The machine
is composed of a frame, a power system, a transmission system, a
pneumatic system, a sensing weighing system, and a PLC control
system. It is easy to operate and can be produced by one person.
Simply put the bag on the spout and touch the control switch. The
gripper grips the bag opening and the conveyor starts working to
transfer the material to the silo and into the bag. When the weight
of the material in the belt is detected by the load cell, the silo
baffle is automatically closed, the conveyor belt stops running,
the entrainer is released, and the bag falls off onto the conveyor.
The back end customer can choose between an automatic sewing
machine seal and a manual sealer seal. Or use a hot air blower when
using a plastic bag.
