Equipment principle:
It is mainly composed of raw material storage system, batch
weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, gas phase balance
system, packaging system and dust removal system. The main control
system issues the production instruction according to the selected
process recipe, and the system automatically extracts the raw
materials from the storage bin according to the ratio. After the
raw materials are weighted, they enter the bin to be mixed and the
gravity-free high-efficiency mixer to achieve rapid mixing
operation (3-5 minutes). ). After meeting the mixing precision
requirements, the finished mortar is transported to the finished
product warehouse with secondary mixing function, and enters the
automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging
machine performs the regular quantitative filling operation as
required, greatly improving the output efficiency and packaging.
The finished product is sent to the finished area for stacking and
waiting for delivery.
