QCP Plasma CNC cutting or CNC flame cutting machine is a new type of
thermal cutting equipment. It works by using a plasma arc (with
compressed air) or a high-temperature high-speed flame (with oxygen
+ acetylene or propane) as a heat source to partially melt and cut
metal simultaneously, then blow away the molten metal with a
high-speed air stream so as to form a narrow slit. The machines not
only have high cutting speed, narrow slit, flat cut, small heat
affected zone, low deformation of the processing metal, simple
operation, but also with remarkable energy saving and material
saving effect.
1. QCP plasma cutting machines adopt high-quality cast steel to
build gantry to make sure of rigidity and light weight structure,so
the machines can move more stable ,more smoothly and more precisely
with less movement inertia, also prolong the lifespan of the motors
greatly.
2. X and Y axis adopt Taiwan-imported Hiwin linear square rail and
siding blocks,and Y axis is driven by dual-big-torque motors ,
which make the machines moving more smoothly and precisely.
3. Professional STARFIRE 2100 controllor system as standard
configuration:
1). STARFIRE system is designed to cut metals with plasma and torch 2 kinds of cutting-mode;
2). High reliability as well as good resistance to plasma
disturbance, lightning and surge;
3). Applied torch/plasma cutting technology, able to perform corner
speed control and height control automatically;
4). Kerf compensation, reasonability check and simulating
operating;
5). Breakpoint restoration, automatic power-back recovery and
automatic breakpoint memory if electrical powering break;
6). Random section and piercing point selection;
7). Extended piercing for thick plate and bridging feature for thin
plate;
8). Optional piercing position feature in mode of RETURN,
SECTION(return,section) and RESBREK(breakpoint restoration), very
convenient for user control;
9). Ready for transitional cutting operation at any moment;
10). Special short line machining feature based on smooth travel,
extensively applicable to metal blanking as well as advertisement
and ironwork fabrication, etc;
11). 24-type-part patterns in LIBRARY including the common machining parts , extensible and customizable and with auto-nesting function;
12). Compatible with many professional nesting softwares such as
IBE(Germany), FASTCAM, etc;
13). Interface language can support
English,Russian,Spanish,French,Czech,Japanese and Slovankian,also
it can be customized to other language;
14). 7" colour-screen with dynamic graphic display, 8-times zoom,
free point automatic tracking;
15). Using U disk read,edit ,operate the file and upgrading the
controlling-software easily.
4. Professional THC can adjust plasma-cutting torch up and down
automatically to keep fixed distance with the metal plate ,so the plasma torch can cut unflat metal plate safely and
quickly.The working way of THC is based on the characteristics of
constant current of plasma power generator and checking the arc
voltage of plasma power generator to control the torch height
momentarily.
5. Plasma torch can cut the 0.1-30mm metal sheet with plasma power
generator. (The exact cutting thickness depends on plasma power
generator, please see the Cutting Thickness in the following.)Flame torch can cut the 5-200mm metal sheet ( cutting speed
0--1000mm/min ) with oxygen + Propane or acetylene. (There is no
plasma power generator for flame cutting.)

| III. Machine Frame |
| 1.The gantry adopts the German messel technology and the machine
frame with eliminating structure of torsional moment. The gangtry
is a cast-steel structure, so that it will not be deformed in
long-term use. |
| 2.The mechanical transmission system all USES the precision rolling
bearing and the processing precision is the national standard 7
class precision gear and the rack meshing. |
| 3.The automatic compensation gap device is added in the transverse
and longitudinal gear transmission structure, so that the
transmission structure can accurately execute the instructions from
