Work process of BH Dry Mix Plant production line:
The main control system manages the production line based on the
specified formula ratio, so the production line removes coarse
material from the storage silo, after atomic attraction, the
material enters into the premix tank and continuous high-speed
shaft mixer and blends shortly. Mixing (2-3 minutes). The
well-mixed material gets into the holding container where the
secondary mixing is performed. Then get on the newly designed
auto-fill and packaging machine. The packing machine operates as a
warning, depending on the time and the specific volume. Suddenly it
increases power, well-prepared ready lime is transferred to the
factory ready-made mortar site.
