Large Capacity Conveyor System Ring Chain TH Type Bucket Elevator for Coal is specially designed for vertical elevating for bulk materials of powders, granular, and small blocks, it use forging ring chains as the traction part, adopts mixed type or gravity discharging and excavated type charging. The max elevating height reaches to 40 meters. Ring chain bucket elevator is widely used for bulk material which density less than 1.5t/m3 and temperature lower than 250℃, such as Coal, cement, sand, fertilizer, food, etc.

Introduction

It can run in high level and with good seal property. The belt bucket elevator is light and convenient, with easy maintained and low noise. It can be used for transporting density less than 1.5t/m³ or granule materials. The chain bucket elevator is heavy loading and convenient for maintainence. It can also be used for transporting large capacity and density more than 5t/m³ or lump material.
