Technical instructions:
1) Machine make of stainless steel. The stainless steel used is S.S304
2) Functions: 1_Auto decapper, 2_Bottle outer washing, 3_Auto bottle loading 4_Auto washing filling capping, 5_Lamp check & Label Sealing, 6_Bagging machine,7_Hacking machine
3) Whole machine working controlled by PLC (programmable logical controller) of Panasonic brand, which is made in China with CE marks, the machine works steadily, easily handle and maintained.. PLC controlling all the steps working automatic as a brain of the machine.
4) Ground line could bear 1300V
5) General voltage range: 15-40KW
6) All the electric wire connected as standard of CE, no wire bare, all the wire in wire groove protected. All the connection of wire are protected well by soft plastic pipe.
7) The control panel is hermetical, no dust or water will goes into it, no leak at any connection.
8) Control panel is on up side of out-let, electric wire and air line installed separately.
9) All the board could be taken down, easy and convenient for maintains.
10) While there is no water or lack water in the pure water tank, the filling machine stops automatically.
11) All the connection of weld is plat with nice looking and no burr remained. Avoid any hurting while operation
12) All the electric parts connect to public point in control panel with main power wire then connect with the ground. Make sure all the part of the machine are well protected while the power is not that steady, protect your workers well.
13) Cylinders working by pneumatic, save energy and working steadily.
