    2. Landfills may cause numbers of problems. Damage can include infrastructure disruption, such as damage to access roads by heavy vehicles. Pollution of the local environment may occur as well, such as contamination of groundwater or aquifers by leakage or sinkholes or soil contamination.
    As existing landfillls become filled to capacity and it is more costly to site new landfills, the development of alternative disposal methods is becoming essential. In addition, the wastes being buried contains considerable quantities of energy that can replace conventiaonal fossile fuels.
    Producing energy from trash is known as a “waste-to-energy” option. Several such options have existed for many years and are in extensive use throughout Europe. One of the more exciting options that has been proposed within the last decade is to convert waste into solid recovered fuels (SRF). SRFs are engineered blends of nonrecycled combustible waste (general combustible components of MSW is paper, cardboard, plastics, textiles, rubber, leather, wood) condensed into fuel pellets or briquettes. Taking advantage of those fuel pellets or briquettes can be recovered to provide environmental, economic and resource conservation benefits.

    RDF&RPF is a concept about non-natural fuels. The idea of ​​RDF was first produced in the UK in the late 19th century, and the United States was the first country in the world to use RDF to generate electricity. The first RDF incineration demonstration plant was built in 1972. Japan began to promote RDF technology in the 1990s. The European Committee for Standardization (CEN) gave RDF a tall name, SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel), which is sold on a global scale.


    The application of refuse derived fuel RDF

    1. Drying engineering

    RDF is burned in a special boiler and used as a heat source in drying and thermal deodorization.

    2. Coordinated disposal of cement kiln

    When using RDF as a fuel, the burning ash of RDF generally needs to be treated, which undoubtedly requires an increase in operating costs. In order to develop a low operating cost RDF application field, Japan uses RDF's combustion ash as a raw material in cement manufacturing, thereby eliminating the RDF combustion ash treatment process and reducing operating costs.

    3. District heating project

    In areas where the infrastructure of the heating project is relatively complete, RDF heating can be realized with only a special RDF combustion boiler, and the investment is less. However, in areas where the basis of heating engineering is relatively backward, due to the high cost, RDF heating is not economical.

    4. Power generation engineering

    In a coal-fired power plant, RDF is co-fired with coal for power generation. The environmental protection project will soon eliminate backward environmental technologies for the benefit of the people.

The professional external circulating water cooling system solves the whole machine temperature control problem, with small volume and high efficiency; the surface temperature of the pressure roller shell is kept at about 90. °C, the ring mold temperature is 90~110°C, and the oil temperature of the chassis is 60°C; the online oil filtration system removes impurities to ensure the lubrication effect;

    In addtional ,Because there are no bearings, traditional eccentric shafts, spacers, etc. inside our roller assembly;

    Therefore, bearings is avoided using in high-temperature areas and no need to continuously add grease.

    There is no roller bearing in the chamber ,the chamber is larger 2 times compared with traditional ring die pellet mill and vertical pellet machine ,that is to say ,there is only roller shell is in the chamber ,so it widely used in fiber material such as efb ,cotton ,plasctic LANDFILLetc .
